OA Music Boosters Scholarship

The Owego Apalachin Music Boosters awards this scholarship each year to a graduating senior. Students from Owego Free Academy who demonstrate a commitment and desire to pursue a career in a field related to music, such as, but not limited to; music performance, music therapy, band director, chorus director, music teacher, and music production may apply for the OA Music Boosters Scholarship. “Embodying the Spirit of Music” OA Music Boosters Scholarship

This scholarship will be given to a graduating senior who has been involved in the music department. Applicants must show how music has impacted their lives and how they loved being a part of the OA music program. Applicants need not to be entering the field of music or an award winning singer/performer. Download Application here or see the guidance department.

Summer Music Enrichment Scholarships

To encourage Owego Apalachin students to participate in a summer music program, the OA Music Boosters are offering enrichment scholarships. These scholarships are to assist with the program fees for students participating in these types of activities. Some examples of programs available for students are:  Theater programs at Ti-Ahwaga Players, SRO Productions III, EPAC and SPARE Productions; as well as music camps through Tri-Cities Opera, Ithaca College, Crane School of Music, etc. American Music Abroad is another program available to many of our students.
