The OA Music Boosters are putting together the Playbill for the OA Music Department’s musical. The boosters contribute to the cost of the musical, provide funds for teacher projects, instruments and supplies, and award college and summer music scholarships. Advertising in the Playbill is thus a great way to support music in our schools.

Will you help us support OA music through the purchase of an ad in the show’s Playbill? The placing of an ad sends a message that you are part of the community and are supportive of the students’ efforts. In addition, based on the expected attendance, an ad will be seen by at least 1,500 people. This is a chance to advertise for spring and summer events like tax services, weddings, proms, graduations, and summer camps, or to just promote awareness of your presence in town.  Ads are not limited to businesses and organizations. Individuals are welcome to place an ad to send a message to the cast and crew.

Another great opportunity to advertise is through our digital ticketing platform. Your ad would be viewed on each digital ticket. These tickets may be printed or displayed on a mobile device. Over 1,000 digital tickets have been used for each musical in recent years.

Thank you for your support! Submit your order form, ad information/artwork and payment by Jan 5, 2025.

Playbill Happy Ads are a great way to support the cast and crew with a few words.

Happy ads are “one-liners” directed at a cast, orchestra, or crew member, such as

“Break a leg Annie”  or   “Wishing the best to our new star from Mom & Dad & Joey”
